These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Executive Brand Group website and services. By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you are entering into an organizational agreement, a separate Master Service Agreement (MSA) may supersede specific provisions below.
Executive Brand Group provides executive positioning services including, but not limited to, resume writing, LinkedIn optimization, executive biographies, thought leadership content, board positioning, crisis communications, and ongoing strategic advisory through the Executive Opus platform. All services are delivered by a dedicated, named strategist.
Project engagements. Fixed-price packages are billed upon agreement. Scope, timeline, and deliverables are defined at the start of each engagement. Entry packages include a 90-day Executive Opus subscription trial as described on the relevant service page.
Executive Opus subscriptions. Opus is billed quarterly in advance. Annual contract, quarterly invoicing. Prices are as listed on the website at the time of enrollment. We reserve the right to adjust pricing for future renewal periods with 30 days’ notice.
Upon full payment, you own all deliverables created for you. Executive Brand Group retains the right to use anonymized, non-attributable examples of our work for portfolio and training purposes. We will never use your name, likeness, or identifiable details without your explicit written consent.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all information shared during the engagement. This includes career strategy, positioning documents, personal details, and any proprietary frameworks shared by Executive Brand Group. This obligation survives the termination of the engagement.
All deliverables include revision rounds as specified in your package or subscription tier. Additional revisions beyond the included scope may be requested at the standard deliverable rate for your tier.
Project packages. Cancellation before work begins entitles you to a full refund. After work has commenced, refunds are prorated based on deliverables completed.
Opus subscriptions. You may cancel at the end of any quarterly billing period with 30 days’ written notice. Partial-quarter refunds are not provided. The 90-day trial included with entry packages may be cancelled at any time during the trial period.
Executive Brand Group provides professional positioning and branding services. We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as job offers, board appointments, interview invitations, or compensation increases. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific services in question.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in New York, New York.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
