Executive Brand Group (“EBG,” “we,” “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your personal information when you visit our website, use our services, or engage with us in any way.
Information you provide directly. When you book a strategy session, contact us, or engage our services, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, job title, employer, LinkedIn profile URL, career history, and any other information you choose to share with your dedicated strategist.
Information collected automatically. When you visit our website, we may automatically collect your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, and timestamps. We use cookies and similar technologies to enhance your experience and analyze site traffic.
Third-party scheduling. Our website embeds a Calendly scheduling widget. When you book a session, Calendly collects information according to its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review Calendly’s Privacy Policy.
We use your information to deliver our executive positioning services, communicate with you about your engagement, personalize your experience, improve our services, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
All deliverables, strategy sessions, positioning documents, and communications between you and your dedicated strategist are treated as strictly confidential. We do not share your work product, career details, or strategic direction with other clients, third parties, or within our organization beyond what is necessary to deliver your services.
For organizational accounts, our privacy architecture is enforced at the API level: the organizational administrator can see seat activation, aggregate deliverable counts, and billing — but never any executive’s individual deliverables, profile, positioning, or strategist conversations.
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. After the conclusion of an engagement, we retain records for a reasonable period to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your data at any time.
We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These include encrypted data transmission, access controls, and regular security reviews.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, and European residents have rights under the GDPR. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected].
We use essential cookies to ensure our website functions properly and analytics cookies to understand how visitors use our site. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on this page with a revised effective date.
